Internet use - America lags behind
The USA does not rank in the top 15 countries in the world in Internet use by its citizens! Top 5 are Israel, Finland, South Korea, the Netherlands and Taiwan. Those are the states that invest in broadband for all of their citizens. Paul has the links and comments.
I guess Americans prefer the decentralized route. So, what is standing in the way of local free broadband installation?
