Exclusive: Tom DeLay Says He Will Give Up His Seat! What a whiner! So, digging up the facts and pointing out the potentially criminal wrongdoings, not to mention disliking the obvious, unscrupulous and in-your-face power-wielding, is now called "negative personal campaign by the liberals" - the "liberal smear campaign" and such.
