Snow Penis, again
Three years ago, they built one at Harvard that was promptly demolished by other students.
Last December, another one was built in New Windsor and the cops demolished it (and someone had to call them, of course).
The latest one was just built in Karlovac, Croatia, but the cops refused to demolish it. Less prudish than the US cops, I guess....or more artistic?
