The Meaning of Miers
There is tons of Harriett Miers blogging out there - hard to keep up really. It's easy to get lost, or overwhelmed by the sheer volume of it all. The usual suspects, like Billmon, Digby and Legal Fiction have thoughtful posts, and lots of high-profiled blogs are recycling some of the same ideas.
But, just in case you missed it, I would like to point you to an unusual and excellent analysis by Buridan's Ass, followed by a logical conclusion. Perhaps we should not be so mildly amused about her nomination, after all.
