Two new carnivals

Stolen straight from Ferdy's blog:

The Carnival of Classiness showcases the top 15 submissions each week. The author seeks examples of "incisive original analysis, quirky topics nobody else is covering, fantastic graphics," or anything else that takes a lot of work.

The brand-new Carnival of the Clueless is looking for posts highlighting extraordinary stupidity by public figures. The organizer-- Rick Moran of Right Wing Nut House says he's not looking for clueless posts themselves, but posts about the cluelessness of specific individuals or groups. So, for example, a proof that the world is flat would not qualify, but a hit piece on James Dobson would, as would a hit piece about a hit piece on James Dobson, or a hit piece hitting a hit piece that hits Jame Dobson.

Anyway, I think you get the idea. Rick Moran promises to be balanced, and allow posts from both the left and right sides of the aisle, which is a heck of a lot more fair than I would ever be.

The Carnival of Cluelessness will take submissions until 10pm Monday, and the Carnival of Classiness up until 1am Tuesday (all times Eastern).

Both carnivals are non-rotating, i.e., always hosted on the same blog, which is somewhat of a no-no for healthy carnivals. The Carnival of Classiness is a Right-wing rant with well-done graphics. The Carnival of the Clueless seems more promising, although it has overlap with the Skeptic's Circle.
