The State of High School in North Carolina

I just got an e-mail:
As part of WUNC station's upcoming series about high school, North Carolina Public Radio - WUNC is hosting a public forum on "The State of High School in North Carolina."

The forum is on Monday, April 17 (SOON!) at 6 pm at the AMERICAN TOBACCO HISTORIC DISTRICT in downtown Durham. The public forum will be moderated by 'State of Things' host Frank Stasio.

The format will be similar to a 'State of Things' program. It will begin with interview and discussion among the guests, and then open for questions, in this instance questions from the audience rather than callers.

The show would not be broadcast live. It would be taped with a live audience, and then edited for broadcast as the 'State of Things' program on May 15th.

We would like the audience to include parents, students, teachers, administrators and community members interested in public education in North Carolina. The forum is free and open to anyone.
