"Tar Heel Tavern - The Creative Edition" by Anonymoses
The brandest newest edition of The Tar Heel Tavern is up on Anonymoses and it is the most creative carnival hosting I have ever seen (and I have seen a lot!). Make sure you have time, though, because both the linked posts and the editorializing around the links are worth reading with great care.
